launching client on rdp

Hello everybody,

We work in a mixed enviroment. Some users have Mac, so I installed Board client on Windows RDP session, where we have our ERP.

As we upgraded Board to 10.3.x, we can only launch board client on RDP session with administrator power user. Doubleclicking on normal Remote Desktop User desktop start it, and fail to get to user/pw windows.

I tried to apply full rights to Baord client single user, and to all Remote Desktop Users aswell, but it doesnt' work.

Any workaround?

Hi Daniele,

There are some new security settings in 10.3, not sure from which version you are coming from. Did you check if users with a password are allowed to log in? That is a setting under security in the board server configurator. Are your users getting an error message when they try to log in?
