thanks for your request.

 

Because BOARD is a programming free toolkit we didn´t have predefined Workflows or procedures.

 

Evaluating different customer systems you will find some processes like Nightload, Management of Planning Workflow can be found for each system. But because each customer develops his system from Scretch I think there are no Workflows BOARD Procedures are specialised for.

Thanks Alexander. I am just getting familiar with Board, was looking for ideas or examples of how others in the community are using the functionality, potentially as things to explore.

Hi Jennifer Shattler,

 

as Alexander Kappes explained - because BOARD allows for a very high degree of customization, customers do develop their own workflows based on the business process. 

To give you a couple of ideas, we can go from a very standard single-level "Approval-Rejection" workflow for a budget process (like the one from the demo application below)

 

 

to an area-based workflow with multiple iterations and levels,  workflow covering the whole set of sub-processes. Screenshot below from a capacity planning workflow 

 

 

As a starting point, I would suggest you to have a look to our workflow modelling webinar. It's a bit dated (uses an old BOARD version) but still actual in terms of how to design a workflow.
