Broadcasting attachmends (E-Mail)

Dear all,

 

we want to configure the broadcasting email function. License is installed and we can send "Text Notification" to email receipent with the broadcasting function.

We try to send the screen as PDF and this fails with a mailer.exe error (screenshot).

In the Board options I configured the smtp server informations.

Have somebody a hint for me to figure that problem out?

    please check this link about how to broadcast Board screens: Reporting 

    This could be done through a Board Procedure.

    Dear Domenico,

     

    Thank's for reply.

    We have read this section, however it doesn't worked.

    Now, it's worked. The solution was to restart the board service.
