Why do my Excel Layout connection disappear?

When using the Excel Add-In and create layouts within my workbook, when re-opening the workbook with er file gets corrupted or the layout "disappears" and I have to recreate it.

 

Has anyone else seen this issue? / know a way to solve?

    Hi,

     

    which Version of Board/MS Office is in use?

    Do you have the file "%appdata%\Board International\Board 7.0\excel_config.xml"

    Hi,

     

    I am on MS Office 2016 64 bit, but I have colleagues experiencing the same error with 2013 32 bit as well.

     

    We both have the file you refer to also.

    Hi,

     

    which Board Version are you using. For me it seems to be related to the Devces, if also other people have the problem

    Hi everyone!

    The Excel Add-in has had many updates applied in the last few years. Many issues (including layout issues) have been greatly improved in the latest version of BOARD (Spring Release 12.5).

    If you experience layout issues and are on an older version of BOARD, we highly encourage you to upgrade!
