How does the Preloaded Database option work for the BOARD server?

I have set a database in the Preloaded Databases option in Server configuration, but when I open the client, the database is not automatically loaded.  How is this option meant to work?    I also noticed in help.board.com that you can set it in the client, but it doesn't load automatically when it is set there either. 

I would like it that when the Board service is restarted every night that the database loads automatically so the user does not need to wait when they open a capsule in the morning.

    Hi,

     

    you only have to use the DB-Name, without the .hbmp. So in your case just use BFP
