Down Totals and disappearing dataview

Has anyone out there experienced the issue shown below (in 10.5.0) or able to explain what might be causing it?

I'm displaying a single mapping cube, with data entry enabled, and axes set as below

With DownTotals checked it shows fine

Turn off 'Down Totals' as they're not needed/wanted with a mapping cube.

..and then everything disappears....and "BS line" becomes a column..

I tried restarting the service, went back to the screen...and on screen open it didn't even show the header bar.

If it can display it with DownTotals checked, then what would cause it to break when DownTotals is unchecked?

Hi,

just an idea, but is there maybe an Element with the Substring "Total" in one of those 2 entities

HI Bjorn, yes there is in BS Line (eg Total Equity, Total Assets, Total Liability), but it's a bit worrying if that is the issue, as I'm going to guess that descriptions like that are very common.

If I turn off 'Show All' then it displays fine..but that isn't a solution/work-around as we need to show as it's a mapping cube so empties need to be displayed.

Very Strange.....

I think the best way would be to create a TK for this, that we can have a deeper analysis on this
