Consolidated view of Infocubes by Entity

Is there a way to visualize in a consolidate view all the Infocubes that use an specific Entity?

 

For example, I would like to know all the Infocubes that are related to the "Channel" Entity.

Hi, you can use metadata. To extract the metadata of a database open a capsule, go to System menu and click on "Extract Metadata". In the pop up window check box "Generate database documentation", select the database and insert the path where to extract the file and presso "OK" button.

 

 

After a while, you'll find into the directory a lot of files, one containing entities list, one for cubes, one for each datareader. 

You can open entities and cubes file with a program like Excel or Access and make joins (or vertical lookup in Excel) between these two tables. For example you can join EntityIdx field in cubes file with Idx field in entities files and obtain the info you are looking for. Let's consider that in the cube file you have on row for each entity and for each version of the cubes.
