BOARD Cloud Service - Backups
Hi Community
I think as part of the standard BOARD cloud service, some backups are included, so I have these questions:
- When the backup task is performed?
- Which elements are backup...security, dataset, database, capsule, jobs?, the whole BOARD folder?
- How many backups can be stored?
- How long these backups can be preserved?
- A restore of a backup can be requested on-demand?

This is the answer I got, so I want to share it with you through this post.
When the backup task is performed?
Once a day a full backup of the entire VM is taken at 11 pm
Which elements are backup...security, dataset, database, capsule, jobs?, the whole BOARD folder?
Once a day a full backup of BOARD path folder is taken at 10 pm
How many backups can be stored?
Daily Back-Up (of the Last 10 Days) Virtual Machine
How long these backups can be preserved?
Monthly Back-Up (of the Last 3 Months)
A restore of a backup can be requested on-demand?
Not confirmed, but I think it might be.
