Hello, 

Is there a way to display a gauge chart in Board ?

Like this one ?   Or anything that would approach something like this? 
Where for example the 100 : budgeted costs and the arrow would be the actual costs ? So in fact a percentage but where the 100 is displayed like a half pie ?

You'll find a number of different display options.
