bar chart markers

Hi,

I have a problem with the rotation angle of the bar chart markers. I'm using the WinClient Version 10.6.0.2.

I'm able to set the rotation angle within the WinClient, but it will not show in the live view of the screen. The rotation for the primary x axis is showing in the live view. For details see my screenshot.

Can someone replicate this problem or do I forget a setting.

Thank you for your help and cheers

Can you double check your client version?  your options should look like this

    Hi Mike,

I checked the client version in the Windows settings under apps. I looks like this:

    Board Client Version Windows Settings/Apps

    In Board it says 10.6.2

    Board Client Version

I have never seen the options you are showing in your screenshot. All I have are the options you can see in the screenshots from my initial posting. Maybe I should reinstall my client version?

    cheers

Ludgger - do you purely use win client to develop or can you utilize the Web Client?   Seems that this may be an HTML5 issue where it cannot render the marker angle as you set in win client - however from the Web client you can edit the chart and edit the makers orientation there and it does stick

    Hi Mike,

sorry for the delayed response, but thanks for your suggestion.

I could use the Web client, but at the moment we are using the Windows client exclusively. I tried it with a development capsule for the Web client and it did indeed work.

So we can assume, that it has something to do with the HTML5 rendering when using the Windows client. At the moment there is no solution, other than using the Web client.

    Cheers
