does anyone knows if is possible to enable dataentry on a dynawrite with text cube?

    Hi PIETRO DI CINO, this is not currently possible, but I agree it would be useful.  See Direct Data Entry into a Cube in a DynaWrite and vote up please!

    To achieve the same end result you need to do the data entry in a DataView, then add this layout to the DynaWrite.

    can you explain what you needto do with an example? Maybe it's not currently possible have a solution to your specific question, but there is an easy way to solve your problem

    Andrea is quite simple: if I have the posibility to make dataentry directly in a cube throught a dynawrite, I can format data and lock dataentry whenever I want simply with a lock cube. The foundamental concept is that the comments remain into the database linked with the right dimension (i.e. Quarter-legal entity).

    Today is not possible and a simple text cube enabled with dataentry is not so useful.
