BOARD CLIENT ACCESS DENIED
Dear all,
do you know how to solve this error?
Board version is 10.3.0.51220 and we try to access via Citrix

this looks like you've selected a language to interact with BOARD that is not coherent with the system's settings.
Could you please try to change the setting to "EN" in the BOARD options and see if that works?

Hi,
please check the regional setting for this device. It seems, that some "none Standard" settings are used here (I once had en-de, which doesnt make any sense. So easiest solution would be to Change the system regional settings for the user on the device (for example, change from English (en-de) to German language settings or the correct one you need).

In fact is a “non”-error because if I close the connection window, I am logged in an I can operate. Then I think I do not deeply understand the problem.
