Copy Layout from a dataview to a chart - error

Hello,

I always get an error when I try to copy a dataview layout to a chart.

Instead of the info box I only see a white box and have to break of with escape (or that's it).

My colleagues have no problems with that move.

Can someone help?

We already checked all the Board options settings...

I think you have just a problem with the pop-up windows and nothing related to the copy and paste layout function. You can follow this article to solve your issue.

Hello Andrea,

thank you! It was this Windows 7 problem:

"...sometimes we found that you can solve it also disabling the parameter "Enable Desktop Composition" from the windows panel "performance options" .

Expecially with Windows 7. ..."
