    Hi CAP, I hope I can attach the DB & Capsule of the demo, but the size is too big, about 125 MB

    maybe you can create sample from your own data

    Hi Abdul

     

    It's good to see creativity in design of solutions, but I would recommend avoiding the use of 3D charts as they do not convey pertinent information in the most effective or economical way in an application.

     

    If you have time I recommend a look into the recent work of Stephen Few and even back to the original material by Edward Tufte for guidance in what makes good information visualisation.

    Hi Abdul Malik,

     

    the screenshots you posted are based on the "old" Board chart engine. From B9 on Board uses a different chart engine (the old ones can still be used in play mode in the win client). The new chart engine does not support 3D charts.

    Also, I can only agree with Oliver Lang regarding the general use of 3D charts.

    Then I know why in help.board.com there's no step by step to create 3D Chart, maybe it's not supported again.
