Hi, I am using screen triggers to start a procedure, which calculates some numbers.
However, the procedure does not run when I used Board Web. I tried 'On Open Trigger' as well as "On Close Trigger'.
Anyone else facing similar issues?

thanks for your request.
The trigger is working for all screens of a capsule instead the Start Screen. This is by Design behavior.
Did you test for other screens, if the trigger is working?

thanks for the quick reply, I tried the "On close trigger" on non start screen, screens, it also did not help.
I'll try the "On open trigger" on these ones as well.

Which Release of BOARD you are using?
When the trigger isn´t working, do you work with "New Tab" function or do you open the screen in the same tab where it was called?
Till 10.3.0 we had some problems with the execution of triggers, when the screen was opened in "New Tab"

I do not understand the "by Design behavior"? I cannot imagine a reason why it should not work on the start screen!
In the fat client it works on the start screen nowadays!

in the FAT Client the On Open Screen Trigger is only working when you cann the client from Batch File.
It´s a known limitation, that you are able to schedule e.g. Broadcastingprocedures inside your nightrun from Batchfile and so on.
