Upgrade from Board 8 to Board 10

Hi all,

 

Just a quick question here, as part of the upgrade process from Board 8 to Board 10, do all the entities get exported and reloaded ?

Dear Aamir Ahsan,

 

for the upgrade from BOARD 8 to 10, the database mustn´t be reloaded, only thing on Database Side which has to be observed are the rules.

 

When you migrate from BOARD 8.0 to BOARD 10 please take a look to the following Knowledgebase Article: Board Support Desk - Powered by Kayako https://support.board.com/index.php? Help Desk Software 

 

In the Front End you have to upgrade your Charts to the new Chart Engine to get it work for our new HTML5 Web Client.
