Excel Export Rich Client/ Windows Client

Actually we have the issue, that when I export in our test environement a data view to Excel, just a few rows (really random) will be exportet. But not all of the dataview.

Is this a known Error with the Board version 10.3.0.50803?

This happens only in the Rich Client.

It's a Dataview with 2 Entities in columns.

I can't remember to have seen this behaviour so far with Board.

Do you recommend to install the new Patch? Will the Patch fix this issue?

No I have any office addin installed from Board on my local machine.

Anyway I have tested it on our citrix environment.

The behaviour is the same.

But I have seen there are some orphans in the relation model.

After solving that problem the export works properly.

Finally problem solved.

thanks for your request.

I don´t think that the problem is related to the Version itself.

Do you have installed office addin on your local machine? If so, did you check the selections inside the excel file and compare with the one active in the win client?

I think you will find some difference.
