Complimentary Board E-Learning Platform access extended until the end of 2021

Dear Customers and Partners,

We are happy to share some great news with all of you: free access to Board e-Learning platform has been extended throughout 2021, giving you all an opportunity to continue improving and consolidating your knowledge of Board.

If you haven't requested your access yet, all you need to do is to complete this registration form: www.board.com/en/e-learning-registration. Once the form is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the instructions to access the platform.


Our dedicated FAQ list has also been updated, but if you have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at customer_marketing@board.com.  


Q: Is this a temporary license or I am I signing up to a subscription?
A: All users who request access from now until the end of the year will receive a temporary license that will expire on December 31, 2021. As of January 1, 2022, the users with temporary licenses will not be able to access the platform with their credentials.

Q: Do I need to cancel my license before December 31, 2021?
A: No, your license will be automatically deactivated.

Q: Will I receive a reminder about the expiration of my license?
A: Yes, you will receive an email notification which will also allow you to inform us if you are interested in extending the subscription into 2022.

Q: Will I be invoiced in January 2022?
A: No, you will not be invoiced unless you indicate your interest in extending the subscription into 2022.

Q: Can I get a reimbursement if I already paid for a license?
A: No, the license that you have paid for doesn’t have an expiration date and, unlike the with the temporary license, you will be able to use it after December 31, 2021.

Q: Is there a limit on licenses per customer?
A: You can request as many licenses as you need to enable your Board users. 

Q: If I already had a temporary license for 2020 for completing advocacy activities for Board, can I get the expiration date extended? 
A: Yes, your free temporary license duration will be extended for the number of extra months initially agreed. Please contact customer_marketing@board.com for more details.
