Problem with Diagram Titles

Hi all,

I have a massive problem with editing and deleting of diagram titles. For me it is not possible to edit the text of already existing diagram titles (see first screenshot)

How to edit the text of the title?


and if I try to insert a new text in the correct field in the diagram layout field, I can't delete or edit it anymore (see screenshot 2), because the preview is overlapping the title field.

Not able to edit the existing title, because the preview is already averwriting the title field.
There is also always a problem with the alignment of the title position (middle or right), because it does not work. There is an invisible text or block on the right of the title, which prevents the correct right alignment and also covers part of the title text. It is frustrating! (see screenshot 3)

What is wrong here? Is the problem my browser or the web client from Board. I'm using mostly Firefox, but also tried the new MS edge browser. To no avail. I'm using the webclient with the Board version 10.6.2.

    HI Ludger,

    The recommended browser to use with Board is Chrome, using a different browser may well cause some issues.

    Looking at your screenshots there it appears you're changing the block heading rather than the diagram title, the diagram title is specified in the top left of the layout dialog, see below. I've just tried and I can set and reset the diagram title without any issues using Chrome.

    Hi Rob,

    thanks for your reply.

    You are right about the block heading, rather than the title. I was able to change that and could even delete the long block heading with some ALT-TAB commands. I also used Chrome to see if it is different, but it looks the same and I could not see any changes.

    There is still the problem with the alignment of the title position and the invisible block on the right side.
