Data Drill not showing all records
Hi Guys,
I'm wondering if anyone has come across this issue I'm having. Board is loading data in fine via the data reader, however we have several finance reports that show the correct numbers at high level in the data tables, however when we drill into the lines there are no records for the current month at the transactional level, only prior months. High level numbers in the tables still show the correct value however.
Has anyone come across the same issue and if so how do I fix?
Many thanks,
John

Hi @John Kenton,
This might be a classic case of missing relationships on some axis. Did you do a full check of the relationships (with the "analyze" function in the data model relationships setup) ?

Thanks @Etienne CAUSSE,
I'd already tried that, fortunately I managed to find the issue shortly after posting this.
One of the DB processes that the IT department control failed to execute meaning that the table that feeds the high-level numbers was updated for the month in question, but not the transactions table that feeds the low-level.
I wasn't aware that these processes ran separately. Strange set up in my opinion, but it's something I've inherited rather than set up myself.
Anyway, thanks again for your help. Much appreciated.
Kind regards,
