Allow Exports/Broadcasts in procedure to use selects

1. What is your idea?

The idea is to create a broadcast or export in a procedure that uses the select logic in the procedure overriding the select saved on the screen or presentation.  For example if I have a procedure which runs the following steps:

1.  Select Oct2020
2.  Export Printable Report (pdf)

This .pdf will be based on the screen selections saved on the screen and not step #1 in the procedure.

2. What specific problem are you trying to find a solution to, or what new scenario would this idea respond to?

I am attempting to create a way to dynamically create outputs of the same report based on potentially user security, a dynamic time selection (like current year) and to integrate this in with other calculations using the same selection criteria.  Right now this requires separate screens/presentations to be created instead of controlling everything from a single procedure.

3. What workaround have you found and used so far (if any)?

Create separate screens and presentations for each different selection.
