Online Users screen improvements - limited usefulness now

• Add AM/PM to the load login column
• Correct the Online Column (it is incorrect, showing users not logged in)
• Correct Last Logout column (it is incorrect)
• Correct the Last Operation column (it is incorrect, all users show a last operation time within a minute of the refresh)

2. What specific problem are you trying to find a solution to, or what new scenario would this idea respond to?

• To be able to see the users that are logged on and if they are active.
  

3. What workaround have you found and used so far (if any)?

• None
