Hi all,

It would be very helpful if there was an option to view all current presentations on the Board Server and who are the users of this presentation.

We are preparing to enable SSO login for all users in combination with the subscription hub. But because we need to create new users, they lose their access to the presentation, and need to manual add all users to the presentations. 

Additional, the possibility to copy presentations between servers. This is currently only possible with the help of Support.

    Thank you for sharing your idea, Robin. We understand the need of this solution.

    This idea is part of our development roadmap and we aim to evaluate this feature after the new UI is released in early 2024.

    Possibility to copy presentations between servers is not in scope as it's a form of self-service BI and not in the original use case of presentations.

    We encourage you to continue submitting your ideas and suggestions in the future, as we are always open to hearing new perspectives and feedback.
