Map entity to column headers in ASCII Data reader

Hi,
I have come across a few clients who have excel data available with them, its easy to ask the clients to convert it into a .csv file and load it into Board. But then we have a specific format to follow here. Data should always be by columns, i.e., headers should be in columns and members in rows.
Instead if we can create a feature where we have data in a pivot/ crosstab format and we can map entity directly to the row/ column headers and load data into cubes in Board.
An example is attached as a word doc with this idea. Please note in the example mentioned, we have Month names on columns, but in actual scenario it can be any entity that we have in Board.
