Admin portal scheduled procedure error message

failed scheduled procedure errorThis error seems to be the default when a procedure scheduled from the admin portal fails.

Would be useful if the error message was more descriptive of the error.

    The error is generally caused by restricted access to the database for the user you are using to run the procedure with the scheduler.

    However, there can be several reasons.

    For example, the user could not be marked as an administrator, or the role assigned to the user prohibits the execution of procedures, or a database security profile assigned to the user restricts general access to this database.
