"Number Scaling" Improvements

When number scaling is activated, in the user menu bellow, instead of a checkbox have a menu with the following options :

• "Auto"
• "/1,000"
• "/1,000,000"
• "Disable":

In the dataview editor, add the same options :


In the dataview  columns options add :

• An checkbox "Disable for Number Scaling for this bock"
• At a block level, let power user define a custom label to use for unit description with  "B / M / K  / " as default replaceable for instance with "Mt / Kt/ t / Kg" if you work with mass unit *

* Right know Numbers Scaling is confusing if you use Kg as the base unit in the reporting because  for exemple 10K is actualy tons and not Kg. And if you use grams, seeing 10M is awkward as you expect a "t" for tons.
