Speed Test Performance: definition of parameters and BOARD functionalities
The Speed Test functionalities verify the operation performance of the CPU, Disk access times and GPU Type.
Through these you can check if any unexpected decrease in performance might be due to hardware.
Client Speed Test:
CPU: 100 is the speed of our client reference system.
Over 100 is a good result.
Disk: 100 indicates the speed of our client reference system.
Under 100 is a good result.
GPU Type:
0 - no graphics card
1 - virtual graphics card
2 - dedicated graphics card
On the client it is important to have a good CPU and dedicated graphics card. In case of virtual graphics card, the graphics rendering is handled by the CPU, so if the CPU is not performing, the system could use more time in the display.
Server Speed Test:
CPU: 100 is the speed of our server reference system.
Over 100 is a good result.
Disk: 100 indicates the speed of our server reference system.
Under 100 is a good result.
GPU Type:
0 - no graphics card
1 - virtual graphics card
2 - dedicated graphics card
On the server it is important to have a good CPU with high frequency, the phase of data processing. The speed of disk access is important for loading in memory and saving to disk. (depends on Saving Policy)
Network Speed Test:
This test exchanges an amount of data between the BOARD server and BOARD client and returns the average speed in KB/s. The higher the better.
