Board Alpha Program
As part of our Board Early Adopter Program (BEAP) initiative, we are excited to introduce the new Alpha program. This program offers exclusive early access to new features and enhancements in our product via a Board-managed cloud environment and demo prior to the Beta program. This also provide a valuable opportunity for users to provide feedback that can be incorporated sooner into the future releases.
Board Beta Program
The Beta program offers early access to the upcoming new Board version on your own instances and data. The beta includes many other features planned on the roadmap.
What we need from you?
To be eligible for Beta, you must be a Board Admin/Developer with permission to download and set up the new version and participate in testing. Your role will be to help us capture as much information as possible throughout this testing program by completing four core tasks:
- Join the Beta group if you’ve not done so already: Beta Program. You only need to do this once.
- Go through the available documentation in the community group to familiarize yourself with the release novelties and new features.
- Cloud user: Open a ticket to Customer Support here and ask to upgrade an existing instance.
On-premise user: Install the new version.
- Test the new released features and share your feedback via in-platform feedback surveys.
Use the discussion threads in the Beta Community Group to report bugs.
Our commitment to you
To help you get the most out of all your BEAP experience, we’re committed to providing you with dedicated support from both our technical support and R&D teams during the testing period.
We look forward to collaborating with you!
