Hello,

It would be nice to be able to enable or disable flatten directly in the Quick Layout like in the screenshot below :

  • Any hope with Board 14 to add that kind of option? In the new pop up for quick there is plenty of space left to add it as a drop down list at least :

For context, currently I have Users that have to resort to "Export data to xlsx " after they play with the quick layout to have a more readable result as group isn't conviennent for their use case.

They rather be able to explore and analyse their data without this unnecessary step.

Thank you for sharing your idea, @Nicolas CHIGROS. We understand the need of this solution.

This idea is already part of our development roadmap for B14. On January 15th, 2024, the brand new object, FlexGrid is releasing in Beta in which these options are available to the end users. We highly encourage you to test the FlexGrid when released in a month from now in B14 Beta and this object will solve your use case.

We encourage you to continue submitting your ideas and suggestions in the future, as we are always open to hearing new perspectives and feedback.

Now that Flexgrid is release, I would still consider my orignal idea to be a good implementation. Currently, there is no quick way to convert an existing report to a flexgrid in on click for the end-user therefor it doesn't make it as convienent to get the expect result I describe.
