In the roughly 100 days following Community’s migration to the new Vanilla platform, the Community team has been working hard to bring you even more features and functionalities to enhance the Community experience. As part of these efforts, we want to share what we’ve been working on and to get your feedback on these additions and what you’d like to see next.

This series will be updated every 45-90 days depending on the number of feature changes implemented. As always, we welcome your suggestions for Community enhancements and you can submit them by reaching out to us at community@board.com or in the Community forum.

• Community relaunch from Higher Logic platform to Vanilla platform

• Launched SSO integration with Community
• Launched dashboard metrics reporting

March 2023

• Content expansion throughout Community
• Internal and external promotional "Roadshows"

April 2023

• Launched How-To Guides
• Launched Leaderboard
• Launched Partner-authored blog content
• Published Idea Exchange FAQ
• Added social media sharing buttons to Community blog
• Google Analytics applied to Community

May 2023

• Published 90-day post-launch member poll
• Known Limitations sub-category launched
• Training category launched and expanded
• Always-on Community survey published
• Launched Community Voices series
• Launch of BEAP group
