Thanks Bhanu. It means that every time you have to create a new entity if you want a new reporting format. Then create rule and template.

Is there a way of avoiding that?

  • Hi Saad,

If your application model must have a Replicated Entity , then yes, it will always mimic the source entity. A member added in either of them will be automatically added to other.

With regards to reporting format , that i guess will depend upon you reporting requirement? Are you creating replicated entity to have alternate reporting format?

If you share bit more about your requirement , may be will be able to assist better.

    Kind regards

Hi Bhanu, I have an entity P&L Detailed. I want to save and edit it to get a new entity. That will save me time.

  • Hi @Saad,

a replica is different from a "save as" concept. An entity and its replica are always tied up.
