Cloud Hosts- Planned Maintenance Schedules
Scheduled maintenance for OS level updates takes place on a fixed Sunday of each month on each Board Cloud instance (unless otherwise communicated by Board). Details of the schedules can be found here.
Currently, details of this window are not displayed to administrator users anywhere within the platform which can often catch people out when scheduling jobs to invoke procedures.
It could be useful to display confirmation of the time and day of the month the planned maintenance takes place on that specific instance to prevent admins from scheduling jobs that may clash with that window.
The 'scheduler' screen in the admin console could be a good place to display this.

Is Sunday a fixed day? For retailers Sunday is typically the first day of the week and thus the main data-processing time so it would be useful to have the option of requesting a different day (Saturday would be optimal).

If Customers need to deviate from the default Sunday schedules, they should open a case in the Support portal to discuss alternative options with the Board Cloud Operations team.0
