Hello,

I've been trying to find documentation on the Time Function Net Present Value - what it does and how it works.

Can't find any documentation.

The function seems to be available in a Dataflow, but not in a Dataview.

Do you know?

Thank you

    Hi Samir,

This is a discontinued feature from Board version 11. For the sake of compatibility with the old version, it was left in the list.

It can still be used as a Nexel function.

This function calculates the net present value of an investment by using a discount rate and a series of future payments and income.

    Syntax:
    NPV(discount,value1,value2,...)

    where,

discount- Rate of discount for one period
value1,... - Values for money paid out (as for a payment) are negative numbers; values for money you receive (as for income) are positive numbers

More on this function in the attached document

    Thanks,
    Samson.
