Hi Board Platform, do you know what could be behind this situation:
I believe it may be due to some data dictionary corruption if that helps anyone
data dictionary corruption? If unloading and reloading the database doesn't work, maybe try creating a new object?
This can happen when the client isn't communicating with the engine, by creating a new entity it can flush through the changes and rectify the data dictionary corruption
Hi Gary,
The search engine service in the System administration tab is used by the analysis and impact analysis features for indexing all elements in a platform. If the search engine service is disabled the analysis feature will not show any information. If its already enabled, try disabling and enabling the Search engine service a few times to see if it fixes the issue.
Thanks, Samson.
Did you solve it in the end?
Andries
In the past, I've been able to run a quick procedure that I know won't have any negative impact and that generally allows the Analysis to come through as well. Hope this helps.
Thanks, Kevin
