Hi Board Platform, has anyone ever encountered a broadcast failing due to the size of the attachment in the email? A customer has a new report including product images and we're thinking this might be the case as exporting a printable report makes it 48mb

Hi Gary, Could it be a limitation on their mail server? A lot of IT departments will have a limit on attachment sizes to prevent people accidentally sending a massive file
