Improve Quick Layout

Hello All

In the near future, we would like our subsidiaries to make much greater use of quicklayout.
But there are 2 obstacles to its use:
On the Admin side: *it's impossible to arrange entities once they've been entered into the QL: so if you need to insert a new entity or arrange them differently, you have to remove everything and put it back.
*It would be much more practical to select by drag and drop.
On User side: *you can't read the labels in their entirety, so you don't necessarily know what they are, either in the selection area or in the Rows/Columns area
*this window is not user-friendly: when you deselect an entity, it doesn't return to its place but leaves at the end
