Allow axis resize in Nexel dataview

Hello,
We are facing the issue of not being able to adjust the column width of a dataview axis with a layout with Nexel. It is possible to do it in Play mode, but not possible to adjust in Edit mode. The solution to this temporarily is to place another dataview on top.
