Subscription Hub - Add its release and Board Release

Hi,

in my opinion it would be useful to have visible in the Subscription Hub:

a) its specific release, which is currently not visible anywhere

b) the full board release on the servers (example > currently 12.6.0.2.90909 and 12.6.0.2.91269 are both shown as 12.6)
