Extract and Reload Bookmarks by Users, in order to keep them after clearing and reloading Entities

I have this requirement on Bookmarks from a big account.

They are happy to use bookmarks since it is a big upgrade in their daily work compared their previous solution.

The big problem here is that they need to clear and reload their MD's because it's a FMCG companies so their MD's have a high rotation. When they do that they lose their bookmarks (since a bookmark is basically a fixed selection, so a fixed reference in the occurrences list).

The problem would be solved if I could extract and reload by code their bookmarks everytime they update their MD's. If a specific MD involved in a bookmark will be canceled, the record from the DR will be discarded as well.
