Some log files, such as the mailer and data entry logs, have not a unique record id.

This would be useful in structured analysis of logs.

A counter would be enough.

    in addition:

    in data entry log add also 2 columns containing db and capsule/screen reference

    in mailer log add a column with the broadcasting action id

    add a new log and metadata about presentations (already requested time ago)

    add a new log and metadata about broadcasting actions
