Blocking Data Entry in Grand Total, while leaving data Open for Subtotals in DataView ?

Any tips on blocking data entry for grand total but keeping it open for subtotals in a DataView?

did you try with "Totals locked by Block" with type "Column Total"?

Hi @Akrem ABDELHAFIDH ,

I would suggest you to use the "Totals locked by Block" option. It applies the conditional locking either on Row totals or on Column totals of a single Block. When enabled, with every data entry action this option causes a proportional reallocation on the detail cells whose sum is the fixed (locked) total.
