Level 200 Module 209: Build Account Tree Hierarchy, Data Reader Issue? No records were loaded

Hi Team,

Create the Account Tree Entities and built the relationships between them. Also Built data readers to load Entities, Members, and to establish Relationships.

But when I Run the Data reader(H - Account Data Reader) no members are coming in Account Entity.

Please help me to figure it out.

    Hi @Shobika,

    Are you seeing discarded records in the logs against the data readers you were trying to run? To troubleshoot the issue further, enable the log against the data readers to see why the records are being discarded.

    Also do check if the mode of the entity that you are trying to load is set to "Add New Item". If it is set to "Discard New Item" and you are loading the entities for the first time, all the entity members that you are trying to load would be discarded.

    Kindly check the Mapping section of "Creating a Data Reader Protocol" in the Board manual that explains more on these modes.
