More 'on-screen tips' formatting options in Board 14

Idea:

  • Add additional formating options for the 'on-screen tips' on screen objects:
    • Font/icon size → allow us to change the size of the on-screen tip button
    • Background border → allow us to change the background border to any color (including transparant)
    • Remove background → allow us to remove background in its entirity

Context:

  • Right now the button/icon is too big and blocking essential object elements

  • Even though the background color can be changed, the border/shadow remains visible

  • Even when the background is set to transparent, the 'clickbox' still remains active. This potentially blocks other items on the object (or other objects) such as the reset buttons within the screenshots above.
