Board Excel Add-in not responding after Connecting

After logging on to the Board Excel Add-in, all of the buttons on the Ribbon are not responding other than 'Disconnect' & 'Add-In settings'.
I can open another spreadsheet with a connection concurrently and it works correctly.
The spreadsheet was working and has suddenly stopped responding (for the Board connection).
Has anybody else encountered this issue and have a solution for resolving it?

Can you please confirm which version of Board and Excel you are using please?0 -
