If a capsule has the screen list deactivated it would be helpful that if
- developer is already in dev-mode on a screen
- wants to open another screen in a new tab
that this screen can directly be opened in dev mode. Right now the home screen gets opened in play mode instead (which is the correct behavior for consumers only)
