Add layout to the Menu object

I believe it would be a great addition to Board if the Menu object was improved to allow layouts to be configured on it. Not to display information, but for the layout's blocks to be used in the Dynamic Options of the object.

This addition would allow developers to customize the Board solutions, for example to show certain Menu objects depending on the user's permissions on certain screens. In a capsule with several folders & screens, each of them with certain access restrictions depending on the user's position in the organization. We could have several menu objects, each of them pointing to a different root folder within the capsule, and depending on the calculation done in the layout, only the appropriate Menu object for each user would be shown in order to allow them to access only the screens they should have access to.
