We have several instances and several schedules across the instances and we are moving everything to the same SubHub, this means shared user across the instances.

For a balanced scheduling and in case of schedule users sharing it could be useful to have a unique central scheduler to have a full overview of which are all the schedule across the instances. For sure in this overview you should need as additional info in the recap also the instance and the users, in this overview helpfull could be also to have the procedure and the database of the schedule, following an example

This prevent users overlapping in the launch of the schedule and gives a full overview of the full environment as it happens for the users management with the Subscription Hub

At the same time you can have a full overview of what is successfully run and what failed across platforms
