Presenting LMA data to non-admin users

I'm trying to share some simple logging information with my company based on the LMA data that's being captured. I built a couple of screens in one of our main capsules that use a different data model and I referenced the LMA data model on those screens. However any user who is not set up with view all access gets an access denied error message. I add the LMA data model to the users' role but they still can't access the data on the screens I built. The LMA capsule also doesn't show up under Folder security.

Are there any tips or tricks to sharing LMA data with restricted users?

    Hi @John Hughes ,

without knowing more about your specific environment/setup/configuration it's quite difficult to offer helpful support here. Are you on premises or in the cloud, which Board version are you using, how are the database profiles configured, does it work if you as admin navigate to said screen, …?

    Kind regards
    Helmut

I found the issue. The database security profile was not set up in both data models for the other users, only the admin.
