Custom link pinned improvements

Hello,

Actually, we can pin the custom link in the top bar (Administration/Appearance), only at the left of it, near the logo. It would be better to be able to choose the location we want.

In addition, being able to choose font and font-size would improve the general appearance and visibility of this link.
