B14 : Layout Editor Small Improvement

In the layout editor, when clicking on "Axes" :

It would be nice for the left panel to swtich to "Entites" as it's the only things that you can't drag and drop at that time and at the moment you have to do an extra click.

Small annoyance for experienced user and not quite as user friendly as it could be for new users.
